If you need assistance or find you need to cancel your registration up to five days before the luncheon, you may contact the program administrator and receive a refund on your credit card or credit for any future luncheon.  Cancellations within five days of the luncheon will get credit for the next luncheon only.

Chapter POCs:


Refunds -refunds can only be provided up to five days before the luncheon.
Cancellations prior to five days can alternatively get credit for any future luncheon.

Cancellations within five days of the luncheon, will get credit for the next luncheon only.

Example:  Luncheon scheduled for a Wednesday,

  • Cancellations up to the previous Thursday may get full refund or (preferred) get credit for any future luncheon.

  • Cancellations after Thursday will get credit for the next luncheon.

All luncheon attendees will be entered in a raffle to win 2 certificates good for a future free luncheon admission.  One certificate is for the winner's own use and the other is for the winner to give to a potential new member.

Dr. Pamela Joy Clay

 Executive Summary

Dr. Clay holds a doctoral degree in education (instruction and curriculum leadership), a master’s degree in elementary education and an undergraduate degree in accounting.  She is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute’s four week program: Leadership for a Democratic Society, and a graduate of the DISA/George Washington University executive leadership development program.  She has approximately 16 years of experience in human capital management and workforce development (DoD & non-DoD) and approximately 13 years of experience in the auditing field (auditor, instructor, and course developer in the areas of auditing, leadership, communication, personnel). 

For seven years (2006-2012) Dr. Clay was responsible for an extensive portfolio of professional development programs, projects, and initiatives at the Defense Information Systems Agency.  She led a staff of 60 professional development and audio visual technology staff who provided support for over 20 award winning professional development programs, to include enterprise-wide leadership programs.  She has extensive experience and formal education in academia, to include adult learning, leadership development, education and training (instruction and course development), and auditing.  Over the course of her career, Dr. Clay relocated to three different geographical locations and worked in eight different offices, which now includes the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller).  Dr. Clay has held positions with Fairfax County Public Schools Adult and Community Education, the Department of the Army, General Services Administration, the Defense Contract Audit Agency, the Defense Contract Audit Institute, and the University of Memphis.  She adapts easily; is a leader and a team player.
