If you need assistance or find you need to cancel your registration up to five days before the luncheon, you may contact the program administrator and receive a refund on your credit card or credit for any future luncheon.  Cancellations within five days of the luncheon will get credit for the next luncheon only.

Refunds -refunds can only be provided up to five days before the luncheon.
Cancellations prior to five days can alternatively get credit for any future luncheon.

Cancellations within five days of the luncheon, will get credit for the next luncheon only.

Example:  Luncheon scheduled for a Wednesday,

  • Cancellations up to the previous Thursday may get full refund or (preferred) get credit for any future luncheon.

  • Cancellations after Thursday will get credit for the next luncheon.


All luncheon attendees will be entered in a raffle to win 2 certificates good for a future free luncheon admission.  One certificate is for the winner's own use and the other is for the winner to give to a potential new member.

Kellie O’Mara-Gordon, DFMCP3, CDFM, CIA
Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller),
Financial Workforce Management Division

       Ms. O’Mara-Gordon is a multi-disciplined analyst, Defense Financial Management Certification Program Level 3 Certified (DFMCP3), Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) with over 23 years of management experience.  She is experienced in audit, human resource management, budget, program review and analysis, and team building.  She’s held assignments with the Air Force at various organizational levels.

        Ms. O’Mara-Gordon is currently a Financial Workforce Management Specialist in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), Financial Workforce Management Division where she is a Program Manager for the DoD Financial Management Certification Program.  Her prior assignment was Air Force Financial Management, Budget, where she worked as an analyst for Aircraft Procurement, and Team Lead for Funds Control and was the Air Force Financial Management, Budget FIAR point of contact.  Her assignment preceding the Air Staff was with the Air Force Audit Agency (AFAA) as a Program Manager for Personnel.  Other key assignments include AFAA Team Chief, McConnell AFB, KS and Audit Manager, Pentagon, Washington DC.

        She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration Accounting, from McKendree University, IL and a Master in Business, Human Resource Management from Strayer University.  She is a member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).

        Ms. O’Mara-Gordon has received numerous awards including the Secretary of the Air Force Financial Management, Budget, Civilian of the Quarter.
