ASMC Washington Chapter Elections, 
In accordance with Article V of the ASMC Washington Chapter Constitution elections will be conducted at the end of the Chapter's April luncheon on April 16, 2014.  Nominations for the open positions have been gathered and write-in votes are allowed.

The Chapter membership will elect Service Assistant Secretaries for the 2014-2015 two year term of office.  Elected Assistant Secretaries,
work closely with the Service Vice Presidents to assist with Chapter luncheons and events, and participate in general Chapter management.  A complete description of Assistant Secretary duties is available in the Chapter Handbook at the following link:

If you need assistance or find you need to cancel your registration up to five days before the luncheon, you may contact the program administrator and receive a refund on your credit card or credit for any future luncheon.  Cancellations within five days of the luncheon will get credit for the next luncheon only.

Chapter POCs:


Refunds -refunds can only be provided up to five days before the luncheon.
Cancellations prior to five days can alternatively get credit for any future luncheon.

Cancellations within five days of the luncheon, will get credit for the next luncheon only.

Example:  Luncheon scheduled for a Wednesday,

  • Cancellations up to the previous Thursday may get full refund or (preferred) get credit for any future luncheon.

  • Cancellations after Thursday will get credit for the next luncheon.


  All luncheon attendees will be entered in a raffle to win 2 certificates good for a future free luncheon admission.  One certificate is for the winner's own use and the other is for the winner to give to a potential new member.
